Action shots are definitely fun, especially when it involves pouring chocolate sauce on ice cream! Just make sure to practice your pouring skills beforehand so you don't end up wasting a bunch of ice cream if it doesn't go smoothly at first. And make sure the light is behind the ice cream and a little off to the side to really make it pop.
